Operate 46”, class 900 High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS) valves for gas transport.

Solution

Huge 14,000 Kg, 6 x 3 x 2 m pneumatic ¼ turn actuator to guarantee up to 750.000 Nm operating output torque.
High performance actuator with 1800 mm internal cylinder diameter and almost  4” spring wire diameter.
