Operate Fasani or Raimondi swing check valve 24” and 32” class 600 to close as fast as possible turbine injection line in case of emergency. At the power plant starting phase disk can create a chattering situation with a valve seat damages.
Solution
A dedicated pneumatic control panel with ALGAS QA grants the capability to fast closing in less than 0,5 seconds and avoid chattering problems.
